    Hello subl1me89vision!

    Thank you for writing to us, and sorry to hear about this bad experience you had! It sounds like these players were definitely displaying Unpsorting Behavior, which is punishable according to our Rules of Conduct. Did you report them using our in-game tool? If so, the match will be reviewed and if applicable these players will receive their punishment. 
    If you didn't report them in-game we would need some more infomration from you in order to review what happened exactly.

    This is a two-sided answer: Firstly, our Matchmaking System tries to match you with players around the same skill-base as you, this may add to the time to find a balanced match. Second, if you have cross-play turned off, it can add to an extended period of time for you to get matched. This is because you narrow down the number of potential users trying to find a match at the same time. It also matters what server region you're playing in, as our servers in NA have at this point a lower player base than in SA or EU. This being said, I suggest for you to try to find a Ranked match during a time period, where more potential players might be looking for a Ranked match, too - like in the evening. I hope you will be able to find a Ranked Match soon!

    Hello halind322, 

    Thank you for your character suggestion. In the last year we were very heavily involved in making HMM available for consoles (PS4 & XBOX as well as next gen consoles) - the release of which should happen within the first quarter of this year. This meant that we had to focus all our developing efforts on this task, and it wouldn't allow us to create more in-game content. This being said, now that this is about to be over we will be focusing our time on new content, and Machine creation will be part of this. Many of our players suggest new Machines on a weekly basis.     Bienvenido a HMM!

    Dependiendo de la hora del día, es muy posible que juegues con Bots. ¿Estás jugando en el servidor de NA? Desafortunadamente, nuestro número de jugadores no es tan alto como en los otros servidores. Puede intentar cambiar los servidores a SA o EU.

    En cualquier caso, estamos creciendo cada día nuestra base de jugadores, y esperamos que la experiencia también mejore para NA.
    Para encontrar personas con las que jugar, puedes escribir en nuestro Discord, hacer amigos y crear un juego personalizado, por ejemplo. De esta manera jugarás con jugadores humanos.
