We’re gonna have an update on Heavy Metal Machines this week to make a tribute to the pioneers in our competitive scenario: the regional champions KVASDOPIL and Zony Gaming!
The objective is to honor the teams who have practiced and were the first to win their official championship, besides being an inspiration for the others to come.
In one side, the KVASDOPIL logo and tag represent the Russian winners of the European Championship, while on the other, the Brazilians of Zony Gaming team are the champions of the South American Championship. The monument will be updated when new regional winners rise, so dream big, and maybe your team could be next!
Heavy Metal Machines competitive scenario
We’ve always seen Heavy Metal Machines as a potential e-sports competitive game. In 2017, we’ve made two regional championships (European and South American) with cash prizes, in-game prizes, t-shirts and Razer headphones. For 2018, we’re expecting more editions and maybe even face-to-face finals.
Other projects that are part of the HMM’s competitive scenario are the community championships and college championships. The first one is ruled by the community themselves and offer Fame prizes to keep the players on competitive shape on the weekends, while the second one takes Heavy Metal Machines to students of different universities – and yours can be the next one!
